Colours of the Month – March

If you’ve been following my blog for some time, you’ll know that Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint is one of my favourite furniture paints to work with. I love the primitive feel, the authentic aged chippy look you can get from it, but also its versatility with the addition of bonding agent for a lovely smooth, modern look.

This month we are showcasing two more colours to feature as our “Colours of the Month”, and I have a couple of great examples to show you from other fabulous bloggers and furniture artists. As we did last month, we are offering 10% off both our colours of the month in our online store (we ship Australia wide).

Trophy:

This beautiful china cabinet (below) was painted by Marian Parsons, Miss Mustard Seed herself, in Trophy. Such a stunning and classic gray with natural wood inside.

See how Trophy paired up with Apron Strings for this cute bureau by CJ from Juniper & Roses. What a gorgeous idea for that pop of colour inside!

French Enamel:

French EnamelThis dresser, by Marian – Miss Mustard Seed – was given a facelift with this bright blue colour, French Enamel. Another French Enamel project by Marian, was this adorable old trunk made over into a coffee table:

I made over this antique chest in French Enamel and added different graphics to each panel. You can see the full blog post on this makeover here.

Australian Customers:

This month only, these two colours will be priced at 10% off in our online store, so head on over to our product section, or use the search bar OR click here to find these Colours of the month:
