Shipping

We ship Australia-wide only. All orders are processed and dispatched withinย 1โ€“3 business daysย of purchase. Once your order has shipped, youโ€™ll receive an email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Free shippingย for all orders overย $175 AUD
  • For orders under $175, flat rate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout as follows:- Queensland postcode – $12

    – All other Australian states or territories – $14

Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase fromย irestorestuff.com. If youโ€™re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) withinย 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must beย unused,ย in original condition, andย in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method.

Sale Items

Please note:ย Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty or defective
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us atย sharon@irestorestuff.comย within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the fault or damage (if applicable)

Once assessed, weโ€™ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, weโ€™ll cover the return postage cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened paint tins or used tools
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Sale items
