Shipping
We ship Australia-wide only. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping for all orders over $175 AUD
- For orders under $175, flat rate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout as follows:- Queensland postcode – $12
– All other Australian states or territories – $14
Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from irestorestuff.com. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Change of Mind Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Please note: Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty or defective
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Please contact us at sharon@irestorestuff.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the fault or damage (if applicable)
Once assessed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened paint tins or used tools
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale items
