Blanket box Prep
My client delivered her blanket box & asked me to replicate a finish I had done on her dining setting many years ago. Back then I was a retailer for Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint here in Australia, and I had used the colour, Typewriter,on the dining setting, along with distressed edges where the wood would peek through.
So I chose our Aussie brand, Artisan Natural Chalk Finish in the colour, Jet, for the blanket box. It’s the perfect dark charcoal black that will match her dining setting.
I cleaned the piece with Artisan Easy Scrub, and gave it a scuff sand all over.
